Establishment

1. App installieren

We provide our Microsoft Teams WebChat integration, which you simply upload to your Microsoft Teams platform to install WebChat.

2. Secret generieren

A secret can be generated by the chat bot via a "Config" command in the corresponding Teams channel.

3. Webchat einbinden

Use the provided code snippet to embed WebChat on your website. Alternatively, you can also use the Google Tag Manager. As a customer of our advanced ibexa solution, you can connect directly in the CMS.
